We are always happy to welcome new members to help us spread smiles!
Requirements:
- Be 18 or older. We welcome adults of all ages!
- Be able to pass a background check (paid for by application fee)
- Be able to submit an application with the $30 application fee
- Have your own mode of transportation
- Be able to follow our organization bi-laws (ex. No drinking/smoking in public while in costume).
Members of Carolina Clowns meet on the first Monday of each month and encourage members to be able to make a reasonable commitment to being active in the group.
Clowns are never expected to attend all events or meetings but need to be able to participate and communicate regularly.
No experience clowning required!
We welcome people of all talents and skill levels.
Each clown supplies their own makeup and outfit. You do not need supplies before applying.
Applicants will be assigned a mentor within the group.
